     My name is Bessie Taylor Casey, and I am the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of BesCa Land Services, LLC. Due to the demand for quality title research, title curative, oil and gas arrangements and legal research in North and Central Louisiana, BesCa Land Services, LLC was established. My office has assisted landowners in preparing, identifying and locating heirs who may acquire interest in land owned by ancestors prior to retaining an attorney to prepare your probate or successions. As a freelance paralegal, BesCa has provided services to attorneys since October 2000. We offer Mobile Notary Services by appointments.
